Middleton Beach, Albany WA

Our light filled home offers you opportunity to escape the humdrum, though only a short drive from the centre of Albany. Dive into books lounging on deep comfortable lounges after salty swims, stretch out in the Yoga Room, enjoy bubbles and barbecues in your private quiet garden, all while the sun dips behind the Norfolk Pines. Take long sandy walks along the stunning beaches; or hike in national parks ~ all at your doorstep. Enjoy great local coffee, bars and restaurants close by.

Middleton Beach is named Binalup by the traditional owners, the Noongar peoples ~ meaning the place of first light as the sun rises over the water in the morning. And the light is simply sensational. You’re an easy four minute stroll away to it’s wide white sand and clear blue sea.

The home is yours alone for the duration of your stay, furnished with eclectic finds creating an inviting, comfortable and relaxed space to unwind and escape it all.

A renovated 1990's home including 2 bedrooms furnished with king beds and built in cupboards upstairs. Yoga Room downstairs with daybed which can be made up into a king single bed. Quality linen, large fluffy towels.

1 bathroom upstairs with an original 90's vibe - step in bath with shower overhead. Second separate toilet downstairs attached to laundry with washer and dryer. Outdoor hot rain shower. Split level air conditioning in the lounge and main bedrooms. Smart TV in the lounge and NBN connected WiFi. Paved private back courtyard with Webber barbeque alongside landscaped garden. Off road parking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality utensils and we stock a basic pantry. Olive oil, ground coffee, teas, salt and pepper. There are stores close by if you need supplies and milk, if you take it. Dishwasher, microwave, and clothesline makes it easy for a trouble free stay.
